New Apple MacBook Air, Mac mini powered by all new M2 chip ready to release in this year

 

According to the rumors Apple is expecting to launch new Mac devices this year with their all new processor and it will name a M2 chip. This new M2 chip will power upcoming MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac and the Mac mini device.

Apple use their own A series chips for the iPhones and iPads but for 15 years until 2020 Macs were powered by Intel processors. Everything change in 2020 Apple started to use their own chip for Macs. Back in 2020 a two years ago Apple launched Macbook Air laptop with M1 Apple chip. The M1 chip become success because it increase the battery life and the performance. M1 chip was able to end the relationship between Apple and Intel. M2 chip with be faster than the M1 and will feature the same eight-core architecture like the M1 chip. The M2 chip will available to four Macs. They are 13-inch MacBook Pro, 13-inch MacBook Air, 24-inch iMac and mac mini CPU.

New Macs are rumored to launch at Apple's spring event. We can expect more information about Macs at WWDC (Apple Worldwide Developers Conference) which will be held on June 7, 2022.
